Registration is now open for the 16th Annual Port to Fort 6k Race! Run to support Believe In Tomorrow Children’s Foundation, a Baltimore-based nonprofit that provides housing services to critically ill children and their families.
Form a team with family, friends, and coworkers, or run solo through a great 6k course in downtown Baltimore. Set a goal for this year’s race, whether it be running the whole way, fundraising a record amount, or simply getting involved in a fun event for a great cause!
All race proceeds benefit children and families within Believe In Tomorrow’s programs.
REGISTRATION
- $15 – Students, Military, Believe In Tomorrow families, Home Depot employees
- $25 – General Public
- $35 – Virtual Runners & Race Day Registrants
All pre-registered runners are guaranteed a premium race t-shirt and timing chip. Chip timing will be provided by Charm City Run. We cannot guarantee t-shirt size/availability or chip timing for Race Day Registrants.
PRE-REGISTER ONLINE:
All race participants must register individually for Port to Fort, whether participating individually or as part of a team. During your registration, you can choose to join a team and create an online fundraising page, if you plan to fundraise. Cut-off for online pre-registration is April 25th.

MAIL-IN REGISTRATION:
We encourage all participants to register online, but for those who prefer snail-mail registration, please download a registration form here. Fill out one form per runner and mail with payment to the address listed. Cut-off for mail-in registrations is April 23rd.

AWARDS
Fundraising Prizes: Runners can track fundraising progress by creating customized online fundraising pages. Prizes will be awarded to individuals who fundraise within the following categories:
$250 - $499
$500 - $699
$700 - $999
$1000+
Prizes to be announced – check back soon!
Team Awards:
Armed Services Challenge: Awarded to largest team from a military institution.
Corporate Team Challenges: Awarded to largest team and highest fundraising team.
Community Team Challenges: Awarded to largest team and highest fundraising team.
10 and under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. All award winners will be recognized at our Post-Race Party, featuring food, lively music, and other fun activities to celebrate the event!
PACKET PICKUP
Individual packet pick-up will be available prior to and on race day to pick up your bib, t-shirt and timing chip. This year we are excited to introduce chip timing through Charm City Run. Check back soon for details!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- To ensure runner safety, NO pets, bikes, rollerblades, “wheelies,” scooters or skateboards are permitted on the race course
- Strollers and kiddie wagons are permitted, however we ask you to please start at the back to keep everyone safe during the race start
- Audio listening devices are permitted
- Port to Fort is a rain or shine event!
VOLUNTEERS
