Longtime Believe In Tomorrow Volunteer – and NASCAR Fan – Carl Dakes Wins The NASCAR Foundation’s 8th Annual Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award. Believe In Tomorrow will receive a $100,000 donation from The NASCAR Foundation.

The NASCAR Foundation’s Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award honors a dedicated NASCAR fan who has positively impacted the lives of children through volunteerism. Carl is a painter by profession, who for the past 18 years has volunteered his talents and many thousands of volunteer hours to paint each of our pediatric hospital and respite houses. Carl’s work has brightened our facilities and the lives of all the families who stay with us.
