Golf Clinic: Maybe miniature golf isn’t your speed.  Here’s your chance to hit some golf balls at the driving range, get a lesson from a golf pro, or just ride around on the golf course at Lighthouse Sound or Glen Riddle.

Hooper’s Crab House: Whether it’s all-you-can-eat or you pick a meal from the menu, dinner at Hooper’s is offered to our families every Monday afternoon.  Yummy!

Fishing & Sightseeing: Private boaters will take your family out on the bay to fish,  sightsee, or just sit back and relax.

Assateague Island: You have to see the wild ponies of Assateague! Famous for the ponies’ annual swim from Assateague Island  to Chincoteague.  The famous pony swim is featured in the children’s book Misty of Chincoteague. Make it a day by going to the beach and taking in the wildlife.

Pirate Adventure: Arrr mateys, are you ready to be a pirate for a day? Learn how to talk like a pirate and search for a buried treasure! If you are 10 years and under this adventure is for you! 

Tennis clinic: An instructor will provide lessons or just let you hit tennis balls over the net.  Maybe you are the next Andre Agassi or Serena Williams in the making!

Planet Maze: Out of this world cool activities like laser tag, an indoor climbing maze, and a miniature golf course.  It’s like you landed on Mars!

Frontiertown Water Park: Go back to the days of the Wild West and enjoy water slides and a lazy river.

Jolly Rogers Amusement Park: Everything you would find at a BIG amusement park only smaller.  Lots of rides, miniature golf, and a water park are all at Jolly Roger’s.

Western Trails Riding Stable: Yeehaw, horseback riding for the family! Children ride free.  Pony rides are available for the little ones and guided trail rides from beginners to experts. 

Husky Power Dogsledding: Enjoy a free presentation about dogsledding lore and history, see the equipment, and hug the huskies!

Deep Creek State Park: You don’t have to be on the Atlantic coast to enjoy the beach! Deep Creek Park has sandy beaches and a designated swimming area. Pack a lunch for the family and picnic at the park too!  Don’t forget to stop by  the Discovery Center, where daily educational programs are offered by the rangers, naturalists, and volunteers. 

Swallow Falls Park: Come see the picturesque surroundings at Swallow Falls. A  beautiful spot to picnic with the family and great hiking trails along the waterfalls.

Herrington Manor State Park: Yet another beach & swimming area that offers small canoes and paddle boats for a rental fee.

Funland Family Center: Rev up your engines and take a spin on the go karts! When you’ve finished your laps on the race course take in a round of miniature golf or try out the other games available.  You can have tons of fun at Funland Family Center!

Western Maryland Scenic Railroad: All Aboard! Tour the railroad and go for a ride on an old fashioned steam engine train. Toot-toot.

Wisp Resort: There’s endless possibilities at Wisp.  They have an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, and seasonal activities like skiing, snow tubing, rock climbing, biking, and a man made white water rafting center!
